This role seeks a skilled Solution Architect to design and implement technology solutions that align with the organization's IT strategies and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, ICT standards, and various technology domains. They will be responsible for defining integrated solution architectures that ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security across all architecture domains.
Key responsibilities include:* Defining and designing solutions that meet business requirements, adhere to enterprise architecture principles, and comply with ICT standards.* Reviewing and ensuring solution architecture designs provide seamless integration, scalability, and security, aligning with the prescribed enterprise architecture.* Updating and maintaining the architecture repository with all architecture artifacts as part of architecture implementation governance.* Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to solutions.* Contributing to the development and/or evaluation of Terms of Reference documents to assist business and ICT teams during RFI and RFP processes.* Taking accountability for the end-to-end delivery of solution/applications/systems and ensuring alignment to the approved architecture.* Staying abreast of the latest technology trends and bringing innovative ideas on how to implement the best solutions within the organization.The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in stakeholder management by collaborating closely with ICT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet agreed-upon requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively working with diverse teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a TOGAF Certification and knowledge of other frameworks like Zachman. They will have a minimum of three years' experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as CaseWise, Visio, or Sparx Enterprise Architect. Furthermore, they will bring a minimum of ten years of experience in developing and integrating large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, functions, and interfaces across in-house and vendor-supplied systems. A deep understanding of cloud architecture, particularly Azure, is essential, along with expertise in system analysis, software development, databases, networks, security, and infrastructure
