A Solution Architect is needed to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for our clients. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technical solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with all teams to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure the successful deployment of solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will develop an expert understanding of our clients' existing platforms, including their current architecture and design. You will work directly with teams across the business to understand their needs for new solutions or enhancements, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. As a technical leader, you will guide both internal teams and clients on best practices, frameworks, and technologies. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver integrated solutions that align with the overall product vision and strategy. You will oversee the entire solution implementation lifecycle, from initial design and planning to deployment and testing. You will also continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve the quality, scalability, and performance of our solutions. Finally, you will develop clear and comprehensive documentation for solutions, ensuring both internal stakeholders and clients have the necessary resources, and provide training as needed.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). They will have 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar technical role, with demonstrated experience in solutions that involve software development, data engineering, and data science workflows. Experience working under compliance frameworks like ISO27001 and NIST is also highly desirable. Familiarity with data processing frameworks and cloud-based data storage solutions is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are essential.
