That’s a given.”“We are going to see temperatures well below freezing in that period” well below the seasonal average high of 5 C and low of zero, said Smith. “With this, we could be struggling to zero degrees during the day.”As for whether the Lower Mainland would get a white Christmas this year similar to last year’s, Smith said it’s still too early to tell.
