The demand for tech skills, particularly in artificial intelligence, data science, and software development, is expected to skyrocket in the coming years. The study also highlights the importance of workflow optimization and upskilling the workforce to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital economy.

It identifies two clear areas where non-capital investment will still be needed – workflow and skills.
