We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks to lead and facilitate agile development processes. The ideal candidate will guide teams, ensure adherence to agile principles, and foster a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as a servant leader, enabling the team to achieve their goals and remove impediments to progress.Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of product backlog items and priorities. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to ensure alignment across teams.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and enhance processes.Ensure the team adheres to organizational standards, including compliance with SAFe Agile principles.Minium Skills and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Scrum and SAFe Agile , SAFe Scrum Master , SAFe Advanced Scrum Master ).Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.Familiarity with scaling agile practices in large organizations.
