The severe weather in parts of Scotland continues to batter the country, as more snow and freezing temperatures have arrived this morning.
The Met Office has issued a warning across parts of northern Scotland and the borders for snow and ice that at the moment won't be lifted until midday on Thursday - suggesting the bad weather isn't going away for another few days. Because of this, some schools have been forced to close for safety reasons and some transport routes have been affected.
