SASSA reminded recipients to verify their payment dates online.To avoid confusion or delays, beneficiaries should check their SRD status on the official SASSA website. Speaking to Parliament’s social development committee, Mbengashe provided an update on the card transition process and measures to ease long queues. She reported that while approximately three million people use the SASSA Gold Card. But only 629,000 have made the switch to the Black Card so far.
