Zak Starkey, who has played in The Who and Oasis, will bring his group to Liverpool
Ringo Starr 's son Zak Starkey will perform at the Cavern Club in Liverpool next month. The drummer, 59, who has played in The Who and Oasis, will bring his band Mantras of the Cosmos to the Mathew Street venue made famous by The Beatles for a gig on January 19, 2025. As well as Zak, Mantras of the Cosmos boasts Happy Mondays' Shaun Ryder and Bez and former Oasis bassist Andy Bell as its members.
'Join them for this special show here in the Cavern Live Lounge where they launch their new single ‘Domino Bones” featuring Noel Gallagher. A limited edition 7‘’ Red or Blue vinyl edition will be available, exclusively, only at the Cavern shows, as well as DJ sets from Bez & Andy Bell.' It will be a special occasion for Zak, as it will be the first time that he has ever visited the Cavern Club .
