You won't find any direct references to the ill-fated ship, but Belfast Burger is set to become a titan of the local fast food scene
If there is one type of fast food joint which has enjoyed a renaissance in recent times, it has been the humble burger bar.
Belfast Burger are also the first independent outlet in Northern Ireland to partner with the app Good Food Talks which allows visually impaired and blind customers to order from the menu with ease. When it comes to choosing drinks, I was delighted to see a selection of Maine bottles on display and immediately opted for Attaboy. That first sip was like a whirlwind of childhood nostalgia!
When it came to the fries, they were served, crispy with skin-on. They were also perfectly seasoned with just enough salt to add flavour but not so overpowering that they leave you dry. The Pirrie Sauce was also a stand out of the meal. While I can often take or leave spice, this sauce has the right balance and is the perfect accompaniment for the fries.
