Record Sport revealed that talks are set to be held over a temporary switch to the national stadium with Ibrox out of action.
Rangers attempt to move into Hampden during their Ibrox lockout could reportedly be "further complicated" by Queen's Park and their scheduled return to the national stadium.
The BBC has now noted that more problems could be on the horizon should an agreement be reached with the SFA. Queen’s Park are due to move back into Hampden after Scotland’s against Poland on September 5. The Spiders had an agreement in place with Scottish football's governing body to use Lesser Hampden until the Nations League clash but are expect to return to the national stadium following the game.
Queen’s Park are scheduled to face Scott Brown’s Ayr on September 21 - the same date that has been set aside for two of quarter final ties. September 22 has also been allocated.
