Premarket: World stocks waver as investors catch central bank jitters

Hotter-than-expected European inflation reports weigh on investor sentiment ahead of rate decisions later in the week from the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank

Data on Tuesday showed China’s manufacturing activity swung back to growth in January but the country’s blue-chip CSI 300 index still lost 1.1%.
