A Cleveland woman has had enough of the porch roof rotting and sinking on the front of the home she rents.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - “I’m like, are they serious?” said Day. “Fix what you are supposed to fix; you’re a property management company; fix what you’re supposed to fix.”

She says despite all that, it was never addressed, so she called the city, which led to a building and housing inspection. “If this isn’t fixed, it needs to go to housing court, and as we implement the resident’s first bill that was passed by the city council earlier this year, we need to make sure that inspectors are following up on these violation notices,” said Maurer.
