CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man is accused of shoving a deputy U.S. marshal off a porch, leaving the officer wounded.No attorneys are listed in court records for Rainey and an initial court appearance has not yet been set.
Deputy marshals ordered everyone out of the house, and two adults complied. Deputies spotted Rainey in an upstairs room and ordered him outside. Rainey was arrested, and the deputy was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment of a contusion to his left chest wall, according to court records.
