Leanne Hainsby, 35, was the first woman to become a Peloton instructor in the UK and has a big online following, reportedly including Rishi Sunak and his daughters. She has revealed on Instagram that she was diagnosed with cancer last August, after finding a lump before a friend's funeral.

In the social media post, she described finding a lump two days before the funeral of her close friend Danielle Hampson - the fiancée of X Factor star Tom Mann. "Where possible, I have continued to show up as 'normal' but my reality most of the time has looked very different.
