ActionSA’s Dr Nasiphi Moya is likely to be elected as the new mayor of Tshwane, after the ANC, Economic Freedom Fighters and other parties represented in council resolved to back her.ANC and EFF together have 98 seats out of the Tshwane council’s total of 214, but with the ActionSA’s 19 seats, Moya is a shoo-in to become the city’s sixth mayor since 2016.The results are overwhelming – 85.2% picked Brink as their preferred mayor. In second place was Moya with 11.
