Three men were found dead on a farm in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Police suspect the men were involved in illegal activities and were assaulted before their deaths.

The Mpumalanga police are currently searching for the families of two individuals involved in a tragic incident on a trading farm in Khomabaso, Mbuzini, Mpumalanga . The discovery was made yesterday morning when the farm owner arrived at approximately 05:00 and found two men's bodies on the property. She also observed a stepladder positioned next to a building, prompting her to contact the authorities. Upon further investigation, a third man's body was located in the garden.

Provincial police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane stated that the third body was identified and claimed by its Schoemansdal family. The circumstances surrounding the deaths suggest that the three men may have been engaged in illegal activities on the farm. Evidence gathered at the scene points to this possibility, with most of the corrugated iron nails removed from the building and the ladder potentially used to access the roof. All three deceased individuals exhibited visible bruises throughout their bodies, indicating they were assaulted beforehand.Furthermore, a burnt bakkie was discovered nearby, though its registration number plates remained intact. This vehicle is believed to have served as transportation for the men, possibly carrying stolen goods. The murders are suspected to have taken place between Thursday night and the early hours of yesterday morning. Lieutenant Colonel Ndubane emphasized that the investigation is ongoing and urged anyone with information to come forward. Individuals can contact Detective Sergeant Sipho Shekwa at 072 119 3487 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111. Alternatively, they can submit information through the My SAPS app. All information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality, and callers can remain anonymous
