Detective Constable Natalie King said: “We received a report of this man acting in a suspicious manner and are keen to speak with anyone who was in the area on Wednesday afternoon and believes they saw him or has any further information, to come forward. “If you believe you can assist our enquiries, please call police on 101, quoting incident 2577 of September 20.”
