have reportedly sealed off all roads near to the river where Nicola Bulley went missing nearly a month ago. A photographer at the scene told our sister publication the Mirror: "It all happened so fast.has sparked a massive investigation centred on the River Wyre in St Michael's on Wyre, Lancashire. Ms Bulley, 45, was last seen walking her dog by the river at around 9.10am on January 27, having earlier dropped off her two daughters at school.
Around 20 minutes later, a member of the public came across her springer spaniel Willow wandering alone "bone dry and agitated", and found her phone on a nearby bench logged into a Microsoft Teams call.
