40am on Thursday morning according to TrafficRoad police have now issued an update that the incident involved multiple vehicles and an overturned lorry is blocking lanes on the westbound carriageway near junction 13.West at Junction 13 is currently closed due to a multi vehicle RTC. An overturned lorry involved is blocking lanes 2 and 3.
