The Princess of Wales joined Prince William, King Charles and Queen Camilla Tuesday evening at the state banquet for Cyril Ramaphosa after welcoming the South African president to the UK. | News24Arts

Kate wore a plum-coloured coat dress by Emilia Wickstead with Queen Alexandra's famous Three Feathers Brooch – which features the Prince of Wales feathers emblem, and once belonged to Diana – as she, alongside William, welcomed Ramaphosa at the Corinthia Hotel before heading to his welcome ceremony at Horse Guards Parade.

She also wore her mother-in-law's pearl drop earrings and a diamond bracelet that belonged to Queen Elizabeth.The Lover's Knot tiara features a string of pearls hanging from and suspended under diamond knots. It is a replica of a tiara owned by Queen Mary's grandmother, Princess Augusta of Hesse, the Duchess of Cambridge.
