One person was shot by a Houston-area law enforcement officer Tuesday near Hobby Airport, police said.

A person was shot Tuesday by an officer from a Houston-area department, Houston Police Department officials said. The shooting happened in the 8400 block of Mosley, west of I-45 and south of Hobby Airport, according to a tweet from the Houston Police Department. Police didn’t immediately identify the person who was shot, their condition or the agency the officer was from.
