During the hearing, at a federal penitentiary in Drummondville, El Tomi claimed to have no memory of killing his wife and daughters.Article contentWhen one of the two parole board members who heard his case asked if he was aware of why he was incarcerated, El Tomi said it was “for conjugal violence.”

She said that since his incarceration, El Tomi has been aggressive with guards, other personnel and inmates at all the federal penitentiaries he has served time at. El Tomi was eventually transferred to Drummondville Institution where he can see mental health professionals on a regular basis. The parole officer said he recently acknowledged it was the right place for him to serve his time.Article content
