Gov. Tina Kotek (D-OR) announced she will not expand the role of first lady within government in the Beaver State, after scrutiny over her plans to do so.

first lady Aimee Kotek Wilson were found in emails released by the governor’s office last week in compliance with a public records request,Oregon Public Broadcasting. The plans to expand Kotek Wilson’s role into having an office caused concern by several aides in the governor’s office and was reportedly behind the exit of three of Kotek’s top aides earlier this year.
