I see other commentators indicate the Raptor’s are good, but not great, with a low chance for a deep playoff run. The Phillies could have been considered something similar prior to appearing in the current World Series. Is there any comparison between baseball and basketball that a good team can get hot at the right time and find themselves in the final series?A: Sure, there are comparisons, not many but some.
And I’m quite proud of the fact I’ve been saying for years that as gifted a player as Irving can be, I wouldn’t want him on my team. Too self-involved, too disruptive and for a guy who’s been a point guard in the NBA for a decade, I don’t think he ever once made anyone on his team a better player.Love your work.
