Boarded it up it may be, but the old Gibson’s shop on Chebucto Road is one many Haligonians easily recognize.
It’s an oddly-shaped corner building facing the busy Halifax road, nestled behind Oxford School, with an old-school storefront and the old GIBSON’S sign still hanging out front.
