Fort Worth police said a man was located at the scene with unspecified injuries to his forearm and was taken into custody.
A woman found shot in a Fort Worth apartment early Saturday morning died at the hospital, Fort Worth police said.
According to a police report, officers responded about 2:45 a.m. to the 600 block of Woodchucker Drive, near Interstate 820 and Bridgewood Drive. Upon arrival, officers located an adult woman suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said.The woman, who was not identified, was taken to the hospital where she died, according to authorities.
