Irving-based apartment builder JPI is headed to Fort Worth for its next project located near Interstate 30.
JPI is targeting a site in East Fort Worth near Interstate 30 for the new rental community. The developer is already building thousands of rental units across North Texas.
The 398-unit Jefferson Eastchase apartments are planned on Ederville Road near Cooks Lane, according to planning documents filed with the state.The more than $16.9 million project will start in November and will be wrapped up in late 2025, details supplied to the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation say.
