Malesela Teffo has approached the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria for a variation application to remove his name from the judgment that saw him removed from the roll of advocates because the 'wrong parties' were cited under the case number. | AlexMitchley

Malesela Teffo has approached the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria for a variation application to remove his name from the judgment that saw him removed from the roll of advocates because the"wrong parties" were cited under the case number.

In his latest bid to challenge the judgment that saw him disbarred, Teffo has abandoned his rescission application and is now seemingly arguing that he was never disbarred because of a possible duplication or clerical error in the case numbers assigned to the matter. In the notice of variation application, attorneys for Teffo argue that Acting Judge Thembi Bokako and Judge Justice Nyathi"committed a material mistake" by citing the wrong parties under case number 10991/2021.
