A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Grimsby.
Sadly, the man died from his injuries shortly afterwards and we have now opened a murder investigation. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody whilst officers carry out their enquiries to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. “A scene guard is currently in place, and those living in the area will see an increased police presence over the coming days whilst we carry out enquiries.
