The new, dedicated cardiovascular centre will allow Connors to extend his reach to the rest of the province. He says it will attract health-care workers as well.“But we need to be able to walk and chew gum,” he said. “If you recruit all those individuals and you don't have a building to put them, then the market forces will be disrupted again.”
