In celebration of Women’s Month, Ceramic Pro held a fun-filled and informative women’s get-together at BMW East Rand on August 6.
The goal was to create an environment where these women could empower and support each other across various fields.Another highlight was when Erna Benson-Karp, a counsellor and life coach, gave the women tips on managing stress. The tips include focusing on the basics, such as eating healthy food, exercising and keeping a healthy sleep schedule.
“It is okay for things not to always be perfect and to bring humour back into your life. Keep things in perspective. How important are your stressors in a broader context? Will they matter in a week, month or a year? Event organiser Cindy Schutz expressed satisfaction with the event because it helped the women connect and foster meaningful business relationships.
