Asma Harif, one of the participants, said it was a memorable opportunity to engage with like-minded learners from across Gauteng. Bonaretti is currently taking the lead in directing the school musical, which will be staged in September, having won her section of the Legends are Made competition in May. She also enjoys swimming and cross-country.
“As a young woman, compassion for those around me is always at the forefront of my actions. I look forward to motivating other teenagers to become involved.”
