Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador has announced Robert Nolan as its new CEO.ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador has named the organization's new top executive.
Nolan has more than 10 years of experience in senior roles at Memorial University, most recently as a senior planning analyst. He has previously managed election campaigns, served on the board of Happy City St. John’s and cofounded Citizens’ Assembly for Stronger Elections, a municipal advocacy group.
“Over the past decade, I have followed MNL closely – as a citizen, a volunteer and a researcher – and I have always admired and wanted to be a part of its work strengthening local governance in Newfoundland and Labrador," said Nolan.
