THUNDER BAY – A 64-year-old Thunder Bay man has died from his injuries after a collision in the intercity area earlier this week.

The man was the driver of a motorcycle that collided with a car at the intersection of Vickers Street and Northern Avenue shortly before 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Two occupants of the other vehicle were taken to hospital with unknown injuries, but were soon released. The Thunder Bay Police Service announced the man had been pronounced dead following the collision in a statement Friday. A police spokesperson could not confirm when that occurred.Anyone with information that could assist investigators is urged to contact police at 684-1200 or submit an anonymous tip via Crime Stoppers.
