THUNDER BAY -- Thunderbolts swimmer Kaitlyn Luu travelled to Montreal July 25 to Aug. 1 to attend the 2022 Speedo Canadian Junior and Senior Championships.Six hundred thirty-eight of the highest level athletes from coast to coast representing 142 clubs competed in these National championships, which were held at the legendary 1976 Olympic pool in Montreal. Kaitlyn was ready for the challenge. She was invited to train with the Ontario Swim Academy in Toronto for the month of July to prepare.

“I am beyond excited with my performance at my first national meet,” stated a very happy Kaitlyn Luu.
