There are a significant number of new residential units being proposed for Belleville.
On Monday the city’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold initial public meetings for 3 development plans that if approvedThe first proposal is for vacant land and the southeast corner of Sidney Street and Bell Boulevard.building with 74 units plus 89 townhouses for a total of with 163 units.
building at 317 Front Street in the Downtown District. The existing building has 10 apartments and the additionAnd the third application for zoning changes involves a large parcel of vacant land at the corner of north Palmer RoadThe applicant hopes to build a subdivision consisting of 82 houses and 71 townhouses for a total of 153 units.The city has not received any written public comment on any of the proposals.
