Another local resident is celebrating a lottery win.Abrams, a retail worker, says she’s never experienced anything like this. “I couldn’t believe it. I showed my father-in-law, he said I’m very lucky. I called my husband, who was at work, and he was on cloud nine!”
She plans to pay off some bills, complete some home renovations, take a trip to Calgary and invest her winnings.
