In Yarmouth, the clinic will be held at Harbour South Medical Clinic, at 235 Main St., on the following dates:• Sunday, Feb. 5 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Upon arrival, people will be asked the reason for their visit to ensure the clinic is able to treat their concern. If we are able to help you, you will be screened for acute viral respiratory infection and given an approximate appointment time.The dates and times are:The Pubnico clinics are not drop- in clinics.
People who attend the clinics for appointments are asked to have their health card and a list of their medications ready upon arrival. Care at both clinics will be provided by a doctor or nurse practitioner. “This is a temporary service to provide an appropriate primary care setting for an increased number of people with mild or moderate health concerns,” read media releases from Nova Scotia Health read. “This clinic is not a substitute for your primary care provider . However, there are times when you may not be able to see your primary care provider, or you do not have a primary care provider.
