The director of a hospital in Beirut says it is being evacuated - after Israel claimed 'millions of dollars in gold and cash' were located in a bunker underneath it.The al Sahel Hospital is located in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital city, in an area known to be a Hezbollah stronghold.Fadi Alameh, the director of the hospital, has reportedly said it is being evacuated.

It came after Israeli Defence Forces spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said: 'There are millions of dollars in gold and cash in Hassan Nasrallah's bunker.'Where is the bunker located? Directly under the al Sahel Hospital in the heart of Beirut.'It isn't clear whether an attack will follow, or if, given it's a hospital, everyone will be able to properly evacuate.Mr Hagari said the bunker's money was from Iran and taken from the Lebanese people.
