Mduduzi Ncube: Spreading healing through music
is on a mission to bring healing to the nation through his music. After finding his own path to recovery, Ncube is determined to share that journey with others, using his upcoming album as a powerful medium for healing.
"I was supposed to be a gospel singer. My journey here started with God. I stopped smoking glue, thanks to Jesus."Pursuing righteousness was the grace of God. If it weren’t for God, I wouldn't be here. "I believe He put me on this path so others can find God and healing through music. Music is like butter for the word of God, making it easier for people to digest the word," he added. The first single, Myekele Ahambe, embodies this sentiment. Myekele Ahambe, a collaboration with Nomfundo Moh, addresses the theme of letting go of a lover, no matter how difficult it may seem. The song also touches on the pressing issue of gender-based violence in South Africa.
