Army-General Park An-su has issued a military decree imposing strict restrictions on political activities and strikes to protect the Republic of Korea's liberal democracy from threats.

In order to protect liberal democracy from the threat of overthrowing the regime of the Republic of Korea by anti-state forces, the Martial Law Commander, Army-General Park An-su, has issued a decree. The decree prohibits all political activities, including those of the National Assembly, political parties, rallies, and demonstrations. It also prohibits acts that deny or attempt to overthrow the liberal democratic system and bans strikes, work stoppages, and rallies that incite social chaos.

Medical personnel on strike are required to return to work within 48 hours. Innocent citizens are promised measures to minimize inconvenience in their daily lives
