A resident in a street in Siversk, a key town in Ukraine that Russian forces have been trying to seize.

Russian media cited unidentified sources as saying that Colonel-General Gennady Anashkin, commander of the Southern Grouping, was removed from his command, though there was no official confirmation. If Russia could take control of the Siversk area, it could then push towards Kramatorsk, a major city in the region.
