Brown debuted as a coach with Allan Hancock College in 2007, before getting his first managerial job with the Las Cruces Vaqueros of the Continental Baseball League in 2010. After a brief stop in the North American League in 2011, Brown joined the American Association, where he’d stay for nearly a decade.
Brown parted ways with the Lincoln Saltdogs organization after the 2019 season. While with Lincoln, Brown earned manager of the year honours in 2017, guiding the Saltdogs to a Central Division championship. Prior to accepting the Titans managerial position, Brown served as the hitting coach for the Pioneer League champion Missoula PaddleHeads in 2021.
The 56-year-old Carcione served as the Titans’ pitching coach a season ago and has nearly 30 years of experience across many different levels of baseball, both as a coach and as a player. HeRecommended from Editorial
