RCMP believe the shooting resulted from an altercation between two groups of people.
After responding to reports of a shooting, Police located a man suffering from a gunshot wound walking in the area of 142A Street and 108 Avenue around 2:30 p.m.However, he was then taken into police custody due to outstanding warrants.
“Police are looking for two suspects, but have limited descriptions at this time. Both suspects are described as males wearing dark hooded clothing,” Surrey RCMP said in a release. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
