A 27-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the head in Scranton on Sunday.
Police said they arrived in the area of Shultz Court between Mulberry and Linden streets around 11:00 p.m. Sunday after receiving a call about a man being shot.
Detective Lieutenant Robert Brenzel said they found one person shot in the head upon arriving at the scene. That victim was taken to a hospital where he remains in critical condition. An investigation is ongoing and police are reviewing surveillance footage, The Times-Tribune said. Anyone with information is asked to contact 570-348-4139.
