Police say the man has been missing since 12:15 p.m. Sunday.
Lower Paxton man Lal Khapangi was last seen walking from his residence in the 4900 block of Hamilton Drive at approximately 12:15 p.m. Sunday. Lal Khapangi is 5-foot-2, weighs 135 pounds, has short black hair, and has no facial hair, said police. He’s suspected to be wearing shorts and a green/black T-shirt. Officials stated Khapangi was last seen Sunday at 12:15 p.m. walking from his house in the 4900 block of Hamilton Drive.
