A 50-year-old man has been in court over having a meat cleaver and axe in Watford town centre on separate occasions.
A man is set to be sentenced after over having a meat cleaver and an axe during two separate incidents in Watford town centre., of no fixed address, appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court yesterday, May 7, where he was found guilty of possessing the meat cleaver in an alley adjacent to Wellstones and Market Street in the early hours of Sunday, March 18.
Lane pleaded guilty at St Albans Magistrates' Court on November 2 to having an axe in St Mary’s Road and possession of cannabis, but the case was adjourned several times for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
