Manchester City defeated West Ham United 4-1 in an English Premier League match. Erling Haaland scored twice, while Vladimir Coufal's own goal and a Phil Foden strike secured the victory for City. Despite the win, manager Pep Guardiola acknowledged that City is still not at their best, calling the result a 'release' but not a return to their previous form.
