It will run on the weekend of May 13 and 14
The North Leeds Food Festival will return to Roundhay Park this May with a full weekend of live entertainment, lots of food and drink and tasting sessions with local experts. Organisers promise a new line up for 2023 including cheese, wine, whiskey and chocolate tasting.
Guests will also be able to enjoy drinks including from Martini’s to New Zealand wine and Caribbean cocktails. For beer lovers, there will be a full ale house in place in collaboration with Leeds favourite North Brew Co. The festival will also run additional activities over the weekend to raise funds and awareness for Leeds-based charity Leeds Mind. In previous years it has raised over £68,000 for mental health charities.
Michael Johnston, the festival director, said: “We’re thrilled with the support we have received over the years. We’ve grown the offerings at the festival every year, and this year is no different. We’re adding a new interactive element, taking attendees on a tasting journey with food and drink experts from across the north.
