Dr Nandipha Magudumana and co accused appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court. Magudumana and five former G4S employees have been accused of assisting convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester to escape from prison.Dr Nandipha Magudumana, accused of helping convicted rapist and killer Thabo Bester escape from prison, wants a court to declare her arrest and"abduction" in Tanzania in April"wrong and unlawful", according to reports.
